Fly Tying / Fly Fishing Workshop

Are you or someone you know interested in the sport of fly fishing? Join us as we learn how to tie flies, understand the dynamics of casting, and explore the ecology of our rivers and streams! Beginners and veteran fisherman are all welcome! Share stories and tricks of the trade! Several fly-tying workshops and off-site casting opportunities will be offered—see dates and locations below. Fly-tying kits will be made available to use at each workshop; however, participants are encouraged to bring their own as well! Please bring your own rod and reel. DNR ID numbers are required and can be found on fishing and hunting licenses or at the GO WILD website (https://dnr.wi.gov/GoWild).
